WHATS NEW: Jan 13, 2011: Its the start of the new year, and we have already lost a friend, Cliff Derego. He was a big part of lowriding and will definately be missed. In honor of Cliff, a rememberance bicycle ride has been arranged for this coming sunday. Check out the flyer in the upcoming events section below. Ride in peace Cliff! November 8, 2010: Hope everyone had a good Halloween. I have the latest pictures and video up of A night with Big Fish" Halloween eve at Byrons, hosted by Outsiders Car Club. Props to Outsiders for bringing down Big Fish. Also for those who don't know, Eight08.net is officially back! Covering the 2010 Lowrider SuperShow with 3 videos, and a ton of pictures; I wish i could have been there. For those who didnt get the chance to check out Big Fish, relax, he will be coming back in January for the Chance Customs Annual Show; So get your rides ready! July 25, 2010: Just got the new gallery done. Still working on it, possibly changing the site layout in the future. In the mean time check out the pictures from the Build the Track show and the Street Dreams Showdown in the events page. There's also a video clip of the hop on there. We got alot of new shows coming up. The Ron's Performance Cruise night is this coming saturday, End of Summer Show is this Sunday, Spocom is Aug 28, and Helluva Rides is Sept 19. Check below for more info.June 11, 2010: Sorry for the late updates. So there have been a ton of shows going on. Big Boys Toys teamed up with MMA and is having their event today and tomorrow at the Blaisdell Center. http://www.hawaiibigboysshow.com. HelluvaRides is also putting on a Show Tour, the first show has passed, but you can still register for the upcoming events. Check their website for more details. Street Dreams Showdown will be on July 17 at Aloha Stadium, will feature over 150 classes, and magazine coverage from Mini Truckin. This is going to be a huge show, register now through their website, they have extended the preregistration date to June 30. Its going to be a great year. Hope you have your rides ready! April 1, 2010: Check out the Events tab for coverage of the First Hawaiian Autoshow. My apologies to Scion Evolution Hawaii, I totally missed their section. If anyone has any pictures of the show, feel free to post it on the forum. I also would like to mention that Supremacy Hawaii will be hosting their 12th Annual Show n' Shine on April 11th. Im still waiting to hear more info and get a flyer. Also Could someone please post up pictures of Supremacy's event, because I won't be on the island to cover it. I will make sure to mention your name!!
I would like to say congrats to our President Brannan for earning Best Of Show at the Chance Customs Car Show in January! Thank you to Chance Customs for throwing one of the best shows of the year. Looking forward to next years show! Keep checking back as there will be more updates to come! | |
